## What Pulsatrix is

Pulsatrix sits between your AI client (Claude, Cursor, Codex, local models, ...) and your operational stack via **MCP (Model Context Protocol)**:

- Host runs **on your machine / network**
- Plugins load per **license package** (free vs paid entitlements)
- **Writes / intense actions** wait on the operator's **approval policy**
- Operational ConnectWise data stays on paths you control; cloud is for license/entitlements and product services, not a second PSA

### Free package

- **ConnectWise PSA (Lite)**, lightweight **read-only** PSA tools (tickets, companies, time lists, desk brief, ...)
- **Optional free MCPs** we choose to include (today: **Envoy**, Apple Mail on macOS)
- No credit card
- Same Pulsatrix host and approval stack as paid

### Paid package

- **Everything.** Full plugin set:
  - ConnectWise **PSA** (writes, full surface)
  - ConnectWise **RMM**
  - ConnectWise **CPQ**
  - **ScreenConnect**
  - **SentinelOne**
  - **Axcient x360**
- Not priced by API calls or AI tokens
- Free package remains free

Early access is an **access channel**, not a different published paid access.

## Safety model

1. Risk classes on tools (READ vs WRITE/INTENSE). Forbidden capabilities never exposed.
2. Approval broker: human-controlled policy; **not** modifiable via an MCP tool.
3. Optional biometric / OS gates for higher-risk actions.
4. Agent profiles: allowlisted plugins, optional tool filters, keychain-scoped credentials.
5. Approving an action is the operator's responsibility (see Disclaimer).

Do **not** claim unsupervised production writes by default.

- Lean tool surface per plugin
- Local-first licensing (signed tokens; air-gapped path where designed)
- Cloud: license issuance, Stripe-hosted billing (local product never talks Stripe payment rails), account management
