About Pulsatrix

Built by an MSP. For MSPs.

Pulsatrix didn't come out of a lab — it came off our own service desk. We run the same ConnectWise stack, answer the same tickets, and carry the same risk of letting AI loose on a client's systems. So we built the tool we wanted: powerful, private, and never able to act without a human's say-so.

Everyone's racing to point AI at the helpdesk. Almost nobody's asking the question that actually keeps an MSP owner up: what happens the first time it touches a client's system and gets it wrong?

Why we built it

The promise of AI for MSPs is obvious — there's a mountain of repetitive work that a good assistant could clear in minutes. The catch is just as obvious. The moment an AI can change a ticket, push a script, or open a remote session, it can also do real damage to a client you've spent years earning trust with.

Most tools answer that by hiding the AI in their cloud and asking you to take their word for it. We couldn't. Our clients' data is our reputation. So we flipped the model: the AI runs on your infrastructure, with the model you choose, and it physically can't change anything until a human approves it — out of band, where the AI can't reach.

What we believe

There are two ways to point AI at an MSP. One is the executive spreadsheet — automate the work, then cut the people who used to do it. We think that's backwards: the judgment that protects a client is the job, and it's the last thing you should automate away.

So Pulsatrix is built to do the opposite — make the people you already have better. It's a tool a technician or a director reaches for while they work: it takes the busywork, surfaces what matters, and hands back the final call. Not an autopilot running your shop unattended — a power tool for the person in the seat.

That's also why it only acts when a human is driving. Nothing sits running against a client's systems on its own — which is good security, not a missing feature. And it works with the Claude subscription you already pay for, so there's no new AI to adopt or trust — just the one you already chose, finally able to work across ConnectWise.

Empower, don't replace

We make the tech in the seat better — not redundant. The people are the point; the tool just lifts what they can do.

A tool, not autopilot

It works while you work and acts only when you do. Nothing runs unattended on a client's systems — a smaller attack surface, by design.

Works with your Claude

No new AI to adopt or trust. Pulsatrix completes the Claude subscription you already pay for, pointed at ConnectWise.

Runs on your turf

Self-hosted on your own infrastructure, with your own Claude. Your clients' information never has to leave your office.

Pulsatrix is built and backed by GOX Technologies — an MSP running ConnectWise. We built the tool we wanted, then opened it up to the wider ConnectWise community.
